Order Cancellations
- Cancellation requests are accepted only if made immediately after placing the order.
- Cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed by vendors or merchants and is in the shipping stage.

- Cancellations are not allowed for perishable products, such as flowers or food items.
- Refunds or replacements will only be provided if the product quality is proven unsatisfactory.

- If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The issue will be reviewed after verification by the merchant. If the product differs significantly from what was described or expected, our team will make an appropriate decision.

- For products covered under a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to resolve the issue.
