  1. Order Cancellations

    • Cancellation requests are accepted only if made immediately after placing the order.
    • Cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed by vendors or merchants and is in the shipping stage.
  2. Perishable Items

    • Cancellations are not allowed for perishable products, such as flowers or food items.
    • Refunds or replacements will only be provided if the product quality is proven unsatisfactory.
  3. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the item.
    • The issue will be reviewed after verification by the merchant. If the product differs significantly from what was described or expected, our team will make an appropriate decision.
  4. Manufacturer Warranty Complaints

    • For products covered under a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to resolve the issue.
  5. Refund Process

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days from the date of approval.
